Romeo & Juliet

This is the best activity I've ever had. 

You know why? Because at first were we watched the movie entitled Romeo and Juliet a tragic play written by the very famous William Shakespeare.

 It was easy because the question is based on every events and the questions corresponds on the sequence of those events.

 Sometimes you just have to understand what’s happening in the story for you to answer the questions because you can’t understand them for they have a beautiful British accent. 

I’m done answering it however this activity has not check yet.

As I have told you earlier this is the best activity ever!

 I’m so excited because I haven’t watch the movie and even though they’re so many version of that Shakespeare manuscript I still didn't get the chance to watch it before the activity, it’s maybe because it didn't get my attention those moments. 

But because of that activity I appreciated the movie of Romeo and Juliet so much. 

It was very awesome but I don’t like it’s ending. 

Every time there’s kissing scene most of us giggle, I also giggle but a little bit because I didn't used to watch kissing scenes. 

But I really enjoy it especially when I started to answer the activity because even though  I’m not watching anymore they keep on playing on my head.

Active and Passive Voice

All you have to do in this activity is to answer, obviously. :D

Well, this one will be easy, if you understand the active and passive voice because this activity is all about active and passive voice. 

You need to know the past tense and past participle of the following given verb to answer its first part. 

Then on the second one, you’ll just fill in the blanks with the simple presents of the verb in a passive form, then on its lower part you’re going to answer simple past of verbs. 

And lastly, which is the last part, all you have to do is to change the following sentences in the active to the passive voice.

 I got mistakes here because I didn't observe the construction of my sentences on when will I use past or present tense of the verbs.

I remember the time I’m answering this activity. 

Unfortunately that time ma’am was not around. 

We’re all noisy. 

First I didn't answer it, instead I kept it inside my bag because thought we’re going to answer it at home. 

But, someone just announced that we’re going to pass it on that day. 

I rush to my sit and started to answer it. 

Great thing because I manage to passed it because tomorrow we’ll check it and those who didn't pass it today will receive zero as their score.

Word Pair Analogies

We had an activity about Word Pair Analogies. 

On the first part which is the left side of the picture you just have to pair the words that best express a relationship similar to that of the original pair. 

For example in the bridge type part to whole the given is WALL: ROOM, then on its choices we have lettuce: sandwich, dog: cat, wheel: car, song: dance and the correct answer is wheel: car because the given is pertaining to part of a whole. 

There on its side, which is the bridge sentence of it is a wall is part of a room, same thing to wheel: car, its bridge sentence is a wheel is part of a car. 

That’s why it was easy.

On the second part, it’s just the same on the first part however, on its last three bridge sentence you have to make your own pattern, unlike on the first part you just have to write your answer on the bridge type on the blank of its bridge sentence. 

It was quite confusing for me, so as you can see I got four mistakes there because if your answer is wrong on the bridge type obviously your bridge sentence is also wrong. 

But it’s okay at least I knew the right answer.

This activity was a bit nice. 

Actually I don’t know what to say here because it was just simple. 

Simple, because I already did it during grade school, however shame on me because I got four mistakes. But it’s alright because I think the choices were quite confusing.

Self Evaluation

Hi there fellas!! :D 

This grading period was a bit great. We had activities, quizzes and long test as usual. 

We also had co splay which was held at auditory visual room.

Everyone of us must have a group performance, but if you’ll one of the committee you will portray a character and the dress should be exact with respect to the character, not necessarily alike, but if you can wear the dress exactly to the one you’re portraying that’s good but if you can’t that’s alright as long as they see the character to you. 

And my group decided to perform the movie entitled Game of Thrones and I decided to portray the character of Myrcella Baratheon. 

For me it wasn't hard at all to have a same dress to her and to my performance I think I did my best even though I’m shy when I walked on the stage because that time I was also nervous. 

Over all I did well and also my section had won six awards.

We’d also watched the movie of Romeo and Juliet a tragic play written by the very famous William Shakespeare.

 It was funny because some of its scene made some of us to giggle in happiness. 

But it’s not just we watched it; it has an activity paper which we’re going to answer that’s why we should watched it. 

I finished answering it however it has not been check yet.

 So, I believe I did my best to complete all the requirements in this grading period and to my performance I think I did my best but I have to improve more and I’m working on it.

Short Term Goal

My short term goal this grading period is to complete all the requirements we have. 

I want to have good grades so I should perform well every time we have a group performance, recitation, individual work and etc. 

I also want to learn more that’s why I must listen attentively to my teacher at every discussion. 

Long Term Goals

My long term goal this grading period is to get a high score on our coming periodical test. 

I’m not sure if I can do that, but I believe in myself and there’s nothing to worry about if I believe. 

But in case I didn't, all I want is to get a passing score. 

I don’t have any idea what will be my second long term goal, so I guess I’ll study more and focus on doing all the requirements that will be given to us. 

I will also be ready on the fourth grading period because that will be the last chapter of my junior life and I want it to be the best.

Personal Coat of Arms

This activity is my personal coat of arms. 

In this activity we need to make our own design of coat of arms. 

Each symbol has its own representation. The fire means enthusiasm. A cause of great excitement on my ambition which is represented by the snake. The castle is for protection to protect me all the way to my dream and it also represent my house xD lol!. 

The eagle symbolize the leadership while the fox is for cleverness and the black back ground is for constancy and grief. 

The tiger represents fierceness and bravery which I should have to hold my faith that represent the hand. The purple background is sovereignty.

The body of horse with a pelican head symbolize the generosity and devotion I have. Its background is green because it represents hope, joy and loyalty.

The half bear and the half deer which I combine represents generosity and devotion I have.

As you can see on the lower part of my coat of arms is my motto "hope is a dream of a walking man" because for me as I get old I have this hope and courage on my heart that all my ambition and dream will come true.

Reflection :3

Doing this activity was very stressful!! but its okay because I finished it successfully and seeing this master piece of mine completely done and beautiful was stress relieving. 

And of course I enjoy doing this, especially when I saw the fox I drew,  because for me it was perfectly drawn by my hand and I can't believe it!.

It was really easy  for me to imagine all of the animals I chose for my personal coat of arms but it takes time for me to drew them but its okay at least I've finished them pretty cool and nice that's why I got a 92 grade.

Courtship Rituals Among Animals

This is the activity I enjoyed the most. 

I learned there the different ways of animals in courting their partner.

Some of them are marked by violence like praying mantis, spiders and apes.

Others marked by tenderness like bumblebee, mole cricket, fly, elephants, tiger, giraffe, gnu, and satin bower bird.

Reflection *.*

This activity is easy for me because I just separate the insects or animals in marked by tenderness or violence in courting their partner or mate. 

It was also funny because some of them are like human in mating or courting their love ones like elephant. 

What I hate the most is how the apes do to their mate because they slapped and rape the female apes but that  is the way how male apes courting,  seriously it really irritates me.

Sequence the Event in the Story of Beowulf

I think this is a seatwork and I only got eight over twelve. 

All you have to do is to arrange the sequence of event in the story of Beowulf and some of the event made me confuse thats why I got eight.

Reflection :/

In this seat work it takes a lot of time before I complete my answer because the event really confuse me.

But then I finished it exactly the alloted time and unfortunately I only got eight which is a failing score.

So, next time I will do my best to get a passing score. 

Self Evaluation

I think I've done a great job in this grading period. 

I managed to pass the subject even though some of my quizzes are failed. 

And I congratulate myself for that!. 

In our activities, It really test my drawing ability and it was fun because I enjoy it and most of my classmates including my teacher adore my art. 

First I thank God because he gave me that kind of ability even though its not that perfect but I'm so thankful for it.  

Short Term Goals

My short term goal is to get a passing score in activities, seatworks and quizzes we have, for me to get a passing or high grade. 

And also I nee to complete all my requirements before the deadling period. 

This are all my short term goal that I can achieve within a days or a copule of weeks or the things I can get easily.

Long Term Goal

My long term goal is to have a passing grade to the final grading period and for me to get that I need to complete and pass all the requirements and also the periodical test.

And also I should learned in all the lesson we've been through within or by the end of the school year. 

Put on the Full Armor of God

In this activity I was able to be a Certified Warrior Child of God.  I put on the full armor of God.

Helmet of Salutation and the sword of the spirit which is the word of God.

Breastplate of righteousness in place.

Shield of faith which you can be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.

Belt of truth buckled around your waist.

Sword of the spirit which is the word of God.

Feet fitted with the righteousness that comes from the Gospel of peace.

And because I'm already fully equipped I believe there would be no hard things out on my way .

Such a marvelous feeling being touch and blessed by God, Almighty.

Praise to his name, Jesus !

Activity regarding Put on the full Armor of God

This activity so easy.  In the activity Before Listening, I was able to quickly find the word in the puzzle.

While the activity During Listening, I was able to fill up the missing phrases.  It's good to know I have a good sense of hearing.

And the discussion question, is easy as well for I was able to answer the questions properly.

Grammar Activity

This Grammar Activity is quite easy.  I was able to understand the concepts and the rules however, during the exam the tricky parts really tricked me.  I don't know why but I'm quite confused.  But, over all this grammar activity is good at least I've learned from my own mistakes.

I have always been dreaming of setting a foot on the moon.

And when that happens I want to do it riding a bicycle !

I've got a vision of touching softly and gently

The deep blue clouds.

Of hearing the wind whisper through my ears

So sweet and nice !

Of birds flying and gliding.  Singing and dancing gracefully.

Of the clear magical moon as it rises and reign the sky.

Such a dreamy evening .

Biking will ever be wonderful !
